Photos 9 to 12 show how one of our customers is using one of our Warrior MIG welders on a line boring machine. The machine automatically deposits a spiral weld on the hinge of a digger bucket, which is then bored out to provide a precision fit. This represents 36 feet of continuous weld repeated twice for each end of a bucket. This demonstrates the very high duty cycle of the Warrior MIG welder.

Photos 3 to 8 show the welding carried out by one of our customers using a 3 phase Warrior MIG Welder to manufacture steel digger buckets. The Warrior MIG Welder is used in a production environment 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

The first two photos are of a customer using a single phase Warrior MIG Welder to weld 30 foot aluminium pontoons. The warriors with their intellignet wire feed make it simple to weld aluminium without wire tangling.
