One of our Warrior owners, Nick O'Donnell, has been experimenting with Flux Wire. He tells us that he has had excellent results using Hobart Fabshield XLR8 1.7mm diameter wire on 10mm plate with an MB36 Torch. He says the flux peels off to reveal a good flat weld.

First two photos are 30 foot Aluminium Pontoons, with a continuous full length weld.
The last four pictures show digger buckets welded using a Warrior MIG.
A Warrior MIG Welder being used with a line boring machine. The worn hinges on a digger bucket are filled using a spiral weld applied automatically. This represents 36 feet of continuous automatic weld for each layer on each end of the hinge. The resultant weld is then bored out to provide a precision fit for the hinge. This is a demonstration of the duty cycle of the Warrior MIG welder.
